Workshops

A mastermind brings together a group of likeminded individuals who are dedicated and motivated to effect lasting changes to their lives in a collective group. The mastermind meets for one hour per week for several weeks to cover a defined course of study. The power of the mastermind lies with what participants learn from each other and through the discussion rather than simply reading a book on your own. Established ground rules allow the meeting to be held with an understanding of confidentiality and professionalism. In this period of study, you will learn and grow personally and professionally. 

Have you been thinking about your big, hairy, and audacious dream? Have you established goals and objectives? Or is this dream still only a thought? Spend this time doing more than dreaming. Define your dream and establish actionable steps.

 The youth program is designed to teach and empower teens in areas of leadership. Through the use of various activities, assessments, and conversations teens learn more about themselves and how to lead to help further define life purpose. The sessions provide opportunities for exploration of individual learning and growth while being educated about leadership. Several leadership essentials are covered to include: Influence, Character, Problem Solving, and Serving People.

Through the Level Up Leadership workshop, we help a person or organization establish direction through strategic planning. The plan and process allow you to assess where you are and where you are going. The strategic plan and process allow you to document your mission, vision, and values as well as your long-term goals and the action steps necessary for accomplishment. Ultimately, this workshop allows you to move from here to there or another level up.
